We charge shipping and handling fees for physical products such as boxes and accessories. Downloads in our Online Store are free of shipping costs and can instantly be activated. The shipping fees are applicable for a weight up to 1.7lbs / 0.8kg (e.g. three product boxes). For larger orders, your total shipping and handling costs will be calculated live in our store during checkout.
Delivery within Europe
Delivery to the following countries is handled by UPS or Deutsche Post from Germany. The average shipping time is 1-3 working days.
